Returns & Exchanges

At Addax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Addax account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
